You can play YouTube videos in the background

I'm pretty sure this isn't Nexus 6 specific--I can do it on my LG G2. I believe it came through with a recent Youtube app update. (maybe MusicKey as previously suggested)

Are you guys talking about keeping a video playing in the corner while you browse elsewhere in the youtube app, or leaving the app to do something else, and the video keeps going, like Pandora would?

Not sure if it's a music only deal, or any video period. But when I go to a video with music, and I go home, or here, or twitter, whatever, it continues playing. Is like a music player, how it plays audio in the background.

Just checked, it's any video. Currently listening to MKBHD while posting this. Love this update.

Check what version of YouTube you have. Maybe the update hasn't pushed to your phone yet.
