Change what the volume rocker does

Any way of changing the volume rocker to control media volume rather than ring volume.

I've never understood why you would want to change ring volume and don't mind wading my way through the settings to find it. Whereas doing that every time you want to make sure the volumes down before playing a video in a toilet cubical's a bit too much hassle.

Some third party launchers like Nova allow you to change up what buttons and or gesture do. Otherwise this would be something that only rooting the device and finding a custom ROM or mod that allows this reassigning of the button function.

OK thanks will take a look at nova. Haven't rooted my nexus yet.
