Hi all...I'm having a widget related issue on my N6 and was wondering if anyone might be able to help. I have searched Google to no avail...mostly misinformation that people say doesn't work or information for early versions of Android for which settings options no longer exist.
The widgets on my home screen no longer load and it says 'Problem loading widgets.' This includes widgets that were preinstalled on the phone, like the Calendar widget. Can anyone think of a solution? I thought it might be a cache issue with the app but it's like this for every widget...including those third party widgets that I have installed to see if they might work. I don't want to go about clearing cache for and/or uninstalling and reinstalling every app.
Would appreciate everyone's help. FWIW, I am running Lollipop 5.0.1 on my Sprint 32GB N6 bought in December. Minimal third party apps (Fenix, Instagram, Uber) and no recent installs outside of the FOX TV app.
