Should T-Mobile users stay on M?

I'm on T-Mobile and never got the M update so I went ahead and flashed I.
May be a silly question but is in beneficial for me to stay on M instead of I?

You must be on the M version to receive upcoming updates that will enable WiFi calling and LTE on Band 12, which is T-Mobile's 700MHz A-Block spectrum.

LTE on band 12 works on any of the builds.

You're probably right about WiFi calling though.
