Possible to Sideload M from I?

Yes, serious question.
I can't find any Factory Image for M (T-Mobile) so I tried to revert back to 5.0.1 from Google's developer page but it seems like it is corrupted. I get stuck on the swirling dots.
I wiped the cache and rebooted...nothing.
Flashed 5.1 I version and it starts up almost immediately.

No. The OTA file for I to M is not available (yet). The only OTA to M seems to be from 5.0.1

I guess I'll try to download the image again. Hopefully it goes through.

Everything I've seen only has ota to M being from 5.0.1 but nothing from a 5.1 build to M. There are plenty of YouTube videos on how to downgrade to 5.0.1. I would suggest you try again if you really want the M build since that's the only way to get it at this point.

I recommend using the Nexus Root Toolkit. I was able to downgrade to 5.0.1 (I think it's something like LXR2CC) to get the OTA to M.

Thanks, I know how to downgrade. The problem was with the 5.0.1 image causing me to get stuck on the "dots".
