Is there any way to make ok Google auto start the activity you have asked it to do from the lock screen. For instance track a run sends the start runkeeper command but you still have to press the tick to confirm. Same for setting an alarm. Seems like it is defeating the point of hands free really if you have to press the screen to confirm the action.

Unfortunately, it seems like it can't be done since I'm dealing with the same issue with alarm. It was working fine on 5.0 but ever since 5.1 you have to confirm by tapping. Even turning "Personal Results" feature on in settings under OK Google Detection will not make it work (although it will work for sending a text message for example).

To set an alarm, the phrase "wake me at 8 AM" works without any screen interaction on 5.1.

Doesn't work for me. Still needs me to press the blue alarm clock icon to confirm.
