Just tried to switch phone numbers between my Iphone 6 and Nexus 6 on line through my Verizon account. The process told me that the sim's are incompatible. They are both nano-sims. How can I switch numbers without going through a phone call to Verizon?
Update: I just went through about a 45 minute process with Verizon to switch the numbers between my Iphone and my Nexus 6. At the present time it cannot be done online. They have to somehow delete the info on the sim cards and re-activate them. They did get it done for me. Took a little time. If you are going to do it, call them on a 3rd phone if possible because you will lose service during the process and the call will be dropped and you have to start all over again with technical support.
