Hi, I will be receiving a new Nexus 6 to replace the one I have which has a shattered display (only the corner, so it remains usable). I've rooted the one I have and unlocked the bootloader. I don't remember what I did but that it took me a while to read up on and understand all the steps (I wouldn't even be able to explain exactly anymore what the difference between unlocking and rooting was).

Now that I'm getting the new phone I'd like to transfer all the apps and settings (including those I was able to modify as a result of rooting it) to it that I have on my existing phone and also unlock and root it. What's the most straightforward way to accomplish this?

    Thanks.
