Cases for the Nexus 6P

With the announcement of the new Nexus 6P there were a handful of cases shown with the device. Favorites like the Verus Slim Fit Case, Moko Hybrid Cover, and Supcase Unicorn Beetle are also already up for grabs on Amazon. We'll be seeing many more in the coming days and weeks, but what Nexus 6P cases are you already looking at getting or hoping to see?

I'm doing the $35 one from the Google Store. Looks solid and attractive, and says Nexus on it so I keep my geek cred.

I don't want to pay $35 for a case from Google, so I'm gonna wait for Amazon's collection to increase. I just want a nice hybrid bumper case. I'm not big on OtterBox style cases.

I like thin clear cases that show off the phone. I have the Ringke FUSION on my Nexus 6, so I'll look for that. I tried Spigen clear case and it had sharp pointy edges. Seems that you have to buy a case or two before you find the one that suits you.

I will try this for a while... most of the time I usually just carry my devices in a Silicone case, but I figured this would be a good one to carry it in that would give the best protection, since I usually drop mine in the first couple weeks... at least once or twice until I get used to carrying it.

Im looking for a good clear one for the frost version. I ordered one on amazon but i didn't realize that the laser focus part wasn't cut out right so its going back.

Beware, many of the cases currently on sale block the laser auto-focus. The camera will never focus.

I'm glad I bought two cases from the Play store now. I don't mind spending the money if they are nice cases, and now I know they won't block the laser focus. I have a cheap Amazon one that I may have to return.

It blocks the laser. It's not worth 5 cents

I'm really hoping that Spigen comes out with some cases for the 6P, and definitely would like some screen protectors too. I trust that brand and I see they already have some stuff for the 5X, so hopefully that means something for the 6P is coming down the pipe.

They were asked and they said they didn't have any plans at this time for the 6P.
