AFAIK there is no notification.
Only notification I get is when charging on my Nokia pad.
Lets out a beep.

Personally I have not noticed anything special...I only noticed that the Percentage of Charge increased quickly with the OEM Motorola Charger.

Use an app like Ampere & it will tell you how much power is flowing in at any given time. The flow varies, but the mA rating is noticeably higher when using a fast charger.

The only you may notice when the phone is utilizing the turbo charger is it will get pretty warm(which is normal). Other than that it won't give you any notifications.
