Can't believe great battery life!!

I went from Note 4 to nexus 6 yesterday. I can't believe the great battery life. I was 100% at 6am,it's now 15.05. I still have 73%. I heard some bad stories about battery drain. Am I lucky or are we all the same? By the way I am a medium to heavy user, and been watching horse racing for 2 hours too. Really pleased. Mind you I did do a manual cache clean when I got the marshmallow update yesterday. Got rid of 1.8 gb's..

Doze mode really helps to increase standby battery backup. I have a good battery backup too

Mine used to be bad, but since a rebuild I've reconfigured Tasker to disable my Nine application to not 'push' emails when I'm work and then only 30 mins when I'm out. Seems to have made quite a difference.
