Hello! So here's my story.
I ordered a Nexus 6 Android 7.1.1 with a Hairline crack. When I got it, I immediately got to rooting it (which turned out successful). I factory reset the phone afterwards. However, the crack began to bother me, so I decided to replace the digitizer because replacing the glass itself would have been expensive. I successfully replaced the digitizer+glass and booted it up and was immediately greeted by the phone setup page. I place my finger on the screen, my touch wasn't recognized! I quintuple checked to see if any wires were loose but everything was perfect, nothing looses or anything out of the ordinary. No tears, no anything! The display works perfect, the buttons everything, except for the touch! Please help me!

Either you damaged something in installing the new screen (which is why we always required a new hire to successfully replace the screens on at least 6 phones before we'd let him near a customer's screen) or the digitizer you bought is defective.
