Usb cable

Anyone recommend a cable to get as a spare, think it was the quick guide that said to only use the cable supplied to prevent damage to the nexus.

A cable's a cable. It's just wires connecting one connector to a connector on the other end. I don't see how one could damage your device.

well, sometimes.

Just don't expect that kind of cable to allow OTG functions which have wires shorted to differentiate a 'charging' cable connection from a local data connection, and so on.

I got a Rocketfish cable to use at home.

It works fine. I prefer it to the stock cable because it is 4' long, whereas the stock cable is only about 3' long.

try 1.43 including shipping from Anamax in Texas - mine from them works fine, buy two or three if you like for spares in case the dog eats it.

I would go with the 2 dollar cables.

I use one of the umpteen cables that came with any of my other gadgets. ASUS does ship short cables, cheap SOBs.

I bought 2 from ebay I think and it really is slow compared to the mains charger that came with the SGS2, it charges but just a little slow so im still looking for 1.

Yes I expected more really, ill have another look for 1.

the one I listed works fine - I get a complete charge from ~20% to 100% in roughly 2 hours with daydream running
