Get it to close apps or open what I want have tried reset but still the same how can I put it back to factory settings.

Just a factory reset should have put it back to factory settings. Have you unlocked and rooted it, not clear why you are posting in the rooting section but if that's related let me know...

Have you done a factory reset from the settings menu or just restarted?
