Cant figure this out i hate windows!

So im running Windows 7 64bit and im trying to re root my nexus 7 (2012) after the 4.3 OTA... Im using Wugz 1.6.6 with the added 4.3 feature and i had to install the drivers so i went with #3 the signed Samsung drivers... so all is well i installed then had to do the same while in boot loader... Now when i put the nexus 7 in while it is in boot loader on my windows machine it is showing as a Universal Serial Bus controller... and this prevents me from updating the driver! I have been stuck for about 3 days no one has any idea! Please suggestions? Im a noob so maybe teamviewer??

Right click Computer in your Start menu then click on Properties. You should see a list of files and the "problem" file will show up with an exclamation point next to it. You should be able to update that way.

Make sure your N7 is hooked up to the computer while doing this.

It would say something like "Android Device" or something to that effect.

Go into Device Manager next.

I found it helpful to explicitly follow every step in the toolkit's driver installation section. Use the recommended method, and do EVERYTHING suggested!
