Exchange Calendar won't show up!

I've tried adding an exchange calendar to my Nexus 7 but it never shows up!

I tried all of the following suggested fixes, but none worked:

1. Clear calendar and calendar storage apps' data, then re-add exchange account

2. Make sure email sync is on "push" (never was suggested as making it not sync)

Nothing works! Instead in the calendar app, when I click on my exchange app it just says "No Calendars" (I know this is not correct since using a web browser, I can see the exchange calendar)

For anyone wondering, it takes a restart. (In the past, with gingerbread, it did not require a restart)
