    How long have you let it sit like that? It sometimes takes a while to boot after factory reset.

    If you've given it time, you can try restoring factory images on it following this thread.

    What were you wiping for? Using what recovery? Did you wipe anything besides the data partition? Did you flash anything afterwards or before? Need some more info....

    I'm seeing a locked bootloader, so I'm guessing stock everything. I have no idea what the stock recovery looks like though as it only lasted a few moments on mine lol.

    What were you trying to accomplish? And you weren't actually in recovery then if you were using ROM Manager, that is done from inside the powered on phone. If I'm not mistaken, you need to have an unlocked bootloader in order to use a custom recovery (such as CWM provided by ROM Manager).
