Within a week is a week too long, they only cancel orders within 24 hours. In the confirmation email, the Google # was listed--they're quick to respond, but slow to do any action.
I canceled literally a couple hours after the 24 hr mark bc the item wouldn't arrive for over a week, but I still couldn't cancel. They told me I would get a full refund if I refused shipping, but they credited me FIFTY BUCKS less than what I paid. The CS rep told me they'd resolve it quickly, but surprise surprise, I haven't been contacted since.
