I've tried several DLNA servers for the N7.
None of them find my TV in the 'devices' list.
I have a kdl-46xbr9 Bravia.
I can see the N7 listed as a server on my TV menus.
I can see the N7 folders, but when I play it says there is nothing to play.
I've tried native formats for the TV like .mp3 and .mpg, so it wouldn't require transcoding, but they still won't play.
My ultimate goal is to watch full TV programs like from NBC.com browsed to on the N7 but viewed on the TV.
I thought this app: Playto SonyTV would be the ticket, but it doesn't work.
I would really like to see my N7 desktop on the TV over Ethernet, but that would be like asking for a bar of gold.
Does anyone have an xbr9 sony TV and gotten anything to stream to it from the N7?
I want to drop cable TV and only use the Internet. Being able to view general web content (not just from Google TV ect.) on it through the N7 would be a big step in that direction.
