N7 - Possible to Sync/Restore for Secondary User w/Multi-User?

I have a Nexus 7 where my account is configured as the primary user account. My wife is setup as a secondary user. I've been able to successfully sync and restore my account when the device is wiped however I can't figure out how to make it so that my wife's account as a secondary user will automatically sync and restore her applications when adding her account. Is it not possible? When I am on her profile/account, I was looking for the "Backup & Restore" settings but they do not show up. Is that simply not an option for a secondary user account or am I just missing something here?

Yes, her Google account is connected under Settings > Accounts under her profile.

I am having the very same problem with my Nexus 10. I think it's just ont possible - no idea why. Really disappointing...
