Scared t by nexus 7 2013

I am afraid to buy nexus 7 that was just released, not the 2012 one, im talking about the 2013 one.

I have read online some of them the backpanal is loose and others the bezel is acting weird.

And once u download a bunch of apps it doesn't recognize your touch anymore because its working so hard? What should I do to get a good one.

I'm loving my new nexus 7. No issues to speak of so far.

These seem like issues from the 2012 nexus 7. Bezels creeking or popping with slight pressure and a lose case. You sure your not mixing up reviews? If not a link to the reviews would be appreciated as I'm curious.

Just picked my new nexus up. Feels so good in the hand. And it flys. Insane battery as well.
