Screen Replacement Problems

I tried to replace a broken lcd/digitizer on my Google Nexus 7 2012 and after putting it all back together it is not working.

As you can see in the attached image I am seeing graphics mainly on the left hand side. It senses when I touch it and sound works.

I have a feeling I must damaged a circuit or connection while putting it back together but have no idea how to begin to troubleshoot.

Any ideas for trying to fix this?

Hmmm this is hard to troubleshoot.

Could be a defective replacement display, or you could have damaged the wire harness. Could even be something motherboard related.
