Google Nexus 7 Tablet (2012) kitkat, and my apps...

had some issues sideloading kitkat from my mac, and decided to wait for the OTA. then, tonite, discovered that one of my essential apps (kaiten mail) has ISSUES with 4.4. so... maybe a good thing i didn't update. am so focused on the OS, am not thinking about my actual NEEDS...

like a lot of people, i suffer from update-itis, having to have the latest OS immediately. but to tell the truth, 4.3 is working beautifully for me, so...no rush. what i realize i want most of all, is a (relatively) painless working experience...which i am enjoying right now.

LOL...update-itis wins. am installing now, and will sort out the issues (i.e. kaitenmail) later. guess things have been running TOO smoothly for me...

It never hurts to shoot them an email and ask them what the status is (support@kaitenmail.com). Their website acknowledges issues, and that they're working on it (but you probably checked already): Kaiten Mail
