Greetings.

Title pretty much sums it up nicely. When the device plugged in and charging, videos in Youtube, or MX Player/VLC eventually (~10-15min) stop working. Each app gives it's own reason for it, Youtube saying it's a problem with the network I think, MX says it's unfortunately crashed (doh), and finally VLC tells me there's an issue with HW+ rendering.

The devide doesn't lock/freeze, I can go back to the homescreen without issues, though it does seem to lag slightly and the sound's stuttering for bit. It quickly resumes functioning normally though.

I've tried a factory reset, didn't help. As stated, only happens when device's plugged in.

Anyone else facing similar issues? Should I be worried?

Thanks. :)

Welcome to Android Central! Do you notice the tablet getting very warm while charging and watching the videos? If it's overheating, perhaps that's causing issues.
