How can I remove the very small microprint that appears at the top right corner of my Nexus 7 2012?

I want to remove the very small microprint tha appears at the top right corner of my nexus 7 2012.

this microprint is about 1 inch wide and 2 inches high. It has about 8 to 10 lines

Welcome to Android Central! Microprint? Do you mean there is some small text there? Does it constantly change as you're using your tablet? You probably have a Developer Option turned on. Go to Settings>Developer Options, and see if you have some of the monitoring options turned on.
