please help re-purposing my nexus 7 for grand kids

I just bought myself a new galaxy s tab and I want to give my nexus 7 to my 2 grandchildren

It has lollipop on it, but I would like to get it completely wiped out but keep the latest OS loaded

and I want to setup 2 user accounts one for each boy.

Any help would be appreciated, also is there a way I can put a timer on each account so that they can only have like 90 mins a day on the tablet?

As far as wiping it, just reboot to recovery and wipe the cache partition a couple of times, then wipe the data partition. Once it reboots, it'll ask you to set up accounts.

You can have multiple accounts easily. Just set up one, then swipe down and tap on the "user picture" icon in the upper right, and add the second user.

(note this was a result of a quick search on the play store, maybe someone else more experience and can chime in).
