Problem with Delivery of Nexus 7 LTE from Google Play

I ordered a Nexus 7 (2013) LTE on November 5th, at the time, Google Play said it would be delivered by November 8th. After that day, the order status stayed at pending, but without a delivery date. I've called Google a couple of times, and they keep saying they are investigating the issue, and will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours, but they never do. Has anyone else had similar problems with Google Play?
