    What are your favorite apps...
    what case do you use?

I like the iGuy cases the iPads have, i haven't seen something similar for the nexus.
this one by Bobj seems really good
Amazon.com: Bobj Rugged Case for Nexus 7 FHD 2013 Model Tablet - BobjGear protective cover (Not for 1st generation 2012 Nexus 7) (Batfish Blue): Cell Phones & Accessories
the iBlason seems good but quality seems just ok
Amazon.com: i-Blason Google New Nexus 7 FHD 2nd Generation ArmorBox 2 Layer Convertible [Hybrid] Protection KickStand Case for Kids Friendly (Black): Sports & Outdoors

Sonic games are very good and fun
ninja turtle run game is good.
dr Seuss books are good for kids.

I would like to know what other must-have for kids you guys like.

I have a release day 8gb Nexus7 I let my son use it a lot hes 7 and I don't use a case. I have to admit my son is autistic and alittle OCD about taking care of stuff and being careful. He like games like Wheres my Perry?, Angry birds, and NOVA 3.

I have two kiddo's that got n7s this Christmas. I went with the bobj gear for both with clear screen shields. The only other thing I'm looking for at the moment is a neoprene sleeve they can slide these into while transporting back and forth to school.
As for some apps we signed up again for Netflix and it was nice to see the addition of profiles included and set them up with access to content appropriate for children under 12. Another app/game we stumbled upon was "fun run" lots of fun for our family of four to play locally. Also check with local library and school library for programs and apps compatible with there systems.

Minecraft Pocket edition. If I had 1$ for every hour my son wants to play this i could easily buy my wife and other son Nexus 7s of their own. Added bonus is since we have the game on my N10 and Moto X every once in a while Both Kids and Myself can play together in the same world on seprate devices.
