Looking to buy a new nexus 7 some quick ??

So I was really looking forward to the new nexus 9. I was pretty set on it being my next tablet but with the 400 dollar price tag for only 16gb didn't seem like much sense to me when I can get a 32gb N7 for nearly half that cost.. My only question is that are the nexus 7 2013 models that you guys own still running smoothly and have some life left in them. Only asking because I know of all the problem the 2012 model had and how many people are saying their tablets are slow, unresponsive and dying.. I didn't know if this was due to age and was curious if these sorts of things were happening to the 2013 one?

My 2013 N7 works great, and has shown no signs of slowing down.

Mine works fine. Never had one issue. Thinking about selling it on eBay and using the cash to get the Nexus 9, I really like HTC hardware.

I really do want the nexus 9 but 500 for the 32gb is a bit outta my budget and 16gb isn't enough. Decisions..... Decisions

Same here. Good deals are out there on the '13, and you may find you don't really need 32 gb. I would love an N9 myself, and think my next tablet will be LTE but I am in no rush to shell out the $500 for that ... want is not need, so I'll wait

Mine runs fine. But, I ordered a 9 because I find the 7 screen small and prefer 4:3 aspect ratio
