skype not working on android 5 lollipop

Hi, since i upgraded my nexus 7 2013 last night to android 5 i cannot open skype. It says to check my network mobile connection even though i am using my home wifi.

I had the same problem. You can try uninstall and reinstall the app. It solved my issue.

Same here but in my case Skype WAS working on Android L and then stopped working requiring the re-install solution you posted. Thanks!
