Android.process.acore persistent error

I did everything here on my Nexus 7 (2013). Reinstalled, reflashed, cleared cache, OTA updates, sideloaded etc...(Android Lollipop 5.0) But after a time it keeps giving me that damn android.process.acore error over and over again. Dont know what to do anymore.

And the weird thing is, it happens on my moto x with 4.4.4 as well. On the same account. (sometimes it does, sometimes not)

I also tried clearing the contacts storage cache. Didnt helped. Even after a factory restore it keeps coming back...
Im desperate here...

Does this happen if you boot into Safe Mode? If not, then try opening apps one by one while in Safe Mode. Concentrate on apps that may have access to your contacts, like Facebook.

Its every app that had access to contacts. And its not even with android 5.0. Even with android 4.4.4 on a completely different phone...
And im not the only one.
