Now What?

I got brave and rooted my Nex 7 2013 last month (more volume, yea!)...I've also held off on updating OS from 4.4 to 5.02 because of awful press and comments.


Sooo...now we have 5.1 AND 5.1.1?

Question: What do I do NOW and how do I do it? Can I leapfrog right to 5.1.1 or do I need to download all the intervening updates after 4.4? And how does any of this affect my rooted unit?

You don't need to download every update. You can skip right to 5.1.1.

You have a choice on how to do it. You can do it in either ADB and push the files, or you can use a toolkit called Wugfresh.
