Why/how was my message title changed (and screwed up)?

Earlier today I posted a message entitled "Problem entering password to access Nexus 7 - PLEASE HELP!" When I came back just now to see whether there were any replies, I was appalled to see that someone had altered my title by adding "How can I get into my phone" to the title. My message has NOTHING TO DO WITH A PHONE! It's about my sudden inability to access and use my Nexus 7 (2013) tablet. People seeing the inappropriate add-on to the title may thus think that I'm a hopelessly incompetent person who can't tell the difference between a Nexus 7 tablet and a phone. I am desperate to solve the problem with my tablet and would be most grateful for help with this. The original message can probably be found just below the one I'm now posting.
