    according to the battery report, "media" is consuming almost the same power as the screen and the android system.

    click on the info, it has something like "downloads" version 6.0.1.

    It's probably the same as Mediaserver, which scans storage for new media (photos, videos, music) and adds them to the proper databases. When Media or Mediaserver start working too much, that often suggests that a media file is corrupt (and the Mediaserver is stuck scanning the file over and over). Try backing up all of your media files, then delete them from the tablet. You could start with any media files in the Download directory.
