Have connected Nexus9 to laptop via USB. Laptop recognizes Nexus 9 but will not display any folders. Cannot copy files to or from Nexus. Older Android works fine . How can I get access to the folders in my Nexus? Is there a firewall I am missing?

When you connect your nexus 9 to your laptop swipe down from the top and select file transfer from the USB options.

My Nexus 9 isn't recognized by my laptop when I plug it in it just charges the tablet. Do I need a driver or something?

Never mind I had to use my cable from Note 4 for it to work because I lost my cable for the Nexus 9 and was using a generic one and it didn't work
