android.process.media has stopped on kids account

[AC Question]

So i have a Nexus 9 tablet running 6.0.1. First off when I'm using my administrator account everything is peachy. I have an account for my kids to use as well that only allows a few games, a kids restricted Netflix account, and a few other misc apps.

Whenever I switch to their account I get the android.process.media process has stopped message over and over. All of the fixes I've seen can't be done from their account because of it being locked down, and doing them on my account seems to have no effect. Help?

Welcome to Android Central! Are there any media files (like videos) saved the a directory on the kid's profile? If so, see if you can delete them, in case one of those files is corrupt.
