So I want to be able to selectively backup up photos to Google Photos, which I pay for. I take many pictures for both work and home life. My work photos consist generally of soils and derelict building sites (which as you can imagine don't make very interesting albums or stories that Google creates).
I want that to be strictly for home life.
My idea thus far was to use two separate camera apps on the phone (xperia z5 compact with sd card) and have each one save to a separate location, and then use the selective backup feature built into Google photos to upload from only one of those locations.
However I cannot get this to work. Has anyone tried anything similar to this or had any alternative ideas?
