    Based on feedback reports submitted to Google, millions of people have reported a bug not verified or denied by Google, where the phone cannot add files to My Sounds. It is a permission issue where the phone owners do not have a way to change the permissions

    There is no app with the power to work around this problem.

    Maybe some of that is wrong. Won't know until verification is reported by a credible source.

    This is a good thread for adding your thoughts, even if you think you cannot contribute. This is another case of a monopoly blowing off basic issues because they can.

    Yes it will only work from the Ringtones directory.
