MMS doesn't work on cricket wireless

Hi I am using cricket wireless and I am not able to send MMS. It seems like my pixel 2 automatically recognized the correct apn but I can't send or receive MMS but SMS works fine. Anyone else having same issue?

I'm on crickets but can't report yet, my phone just shipped today, have you tried it different messanger app ? But preference would be stock

I haven't used any other app. I am using stock Google message app. Do app really makes difference?

Try using Textra. When I was on Cricket Textra seemed to work more consistently than Google's message app when it came to MMS.

Yes, but I haven’t found anyone else with pixel 2 /w cricket wireless.

Have you verified the APN contents? Pay particular attention to the APN Type data - it must be exactly as shown with no additional spaces or characters: https://www.cricketwireless.com/sup...ice-byod/customer/bring-your-own-android.html

Pixel 2 automatically pick up two apn selections and one is matching your link but still no MMS.

My note 8 picked up 2 as well. I deleted one and all has worked good. One was grayed out and I couldn't make any changes to it, so I deleted the other

Yes, just remove the other apn setting that generated automatically and make sure apn settings are same as cricket wireless link above.

Yeah, I had this problem. There were two identical APNs except one had not MMS proxy info listed. I deleted that one.

MMS works but sometimes it takes forever to send and receive. I didn't have this problem with other phones.

Edit: NVM. I swap phone phone often and every time I reinsert the Sim, default apn automatically appears again. It's annoying but oh well.
