Me either, alot of us are still waiting apparently. I'd say about 80% of my reasoning for getting this phone was for the timely updates. And buying unlocked from Google I'd bypass Verizon's BS.

Yes mine is unlocked straight from the Google store...

I just restarted my phone and the update popped up, might be worth trying that

I took the SIM out, cleared the data and cache from and then restarted Google services framework, then restarted the phone. After about the their time I pressed "check for update" it came through.

Interestingly the first time I attempted it, I reinserted the SIM which cancelled the update and when checking the update wasn't available. I then went through the whole process again leaving the SIM out and it worked fine.

Is the google services framework play services? I can't find it in my apps
