1:1 photo aspect ratio missing in native camera app
Hello,
I went into the camera settings and under photo resolution I could see only 4:3 and 16:9 photo aspect ratios respectively. It's a sore given I cannot exploit the HDR+ capabilities in 1:1 mode. How to come over this issue? Please help.
Regards,
Ferry

You can make a quick crop after taking the photo in Google Photos.

None that I know off, but it just adds an additional step to achieve the same thing.

My question is, why do you need the 1:1? If it's Instagram, I believe it now uses HDR+ if you enable HDR HAL in Developer Options in Android 8.1.
