Probably a dumb question (Google weather frog)

I'm sad. I've never seen the frog. It's always the upcoming weather. Wonder if it's location dependent cause when I change location to a hot area I still don't see the frog. I'm in Canada

Try changing the location to somewhere in the US where it's above freezing, maybe Tampa, Florida.

Yeah froggy seems to show when its snowing . But when its below freezing and not snowing he hides. Ha

It's 63 degrees here today, and raining. Mr. Frog is nowhere to be seen. However, we're currently under a flash flood warning and I'm guessing that has something to do with my missing frog as his disappearance coincided with the appearance of the warning.
