Stop the news articles

How or where in settings do I stop the news Articles? Half of what they send me I dont give two you know what about. Been looking all day.

Hmm I don't even have Google now installed so it's coming from something else.

Perhaps you could be a little more specific. Are you getting notifications that have news articles listed?
Or is this your 'feed' when you swipe in from the left side?
Something else?

He's talking about your google feed. It's native to your Pixel 2. Go to your feed and hit the three dots in the upper right and hit settings. Then go to your feed, then under "get notified about" and turn off whatever is popping up, like news.

When I swipe left (taking me to the right) from my home screen i get a news feed that I desperately want COMPLETELY GONE. How can I do this?!? Been searching for a couple hours.
It appears to just be the"Google" app because that's the same when I open it.

From that screen , tap the three dots top right > Settings > Your Feed > then turn "show feed" off
