I've been using plastic wet install types and they work pretty good....not quite as fingerprint resistant. They film does get scratches but most self heal. I have a glass one from Peel which I have to review so it means taking mine off which I hate to do but I can get a warranty replacement on the plastic film. I'll let you know how well the Peel brand works.

Depending on what case you have the amfilm screen protector may be an option...

Its only stuck at the top and the bottom... and is stupidly easy to apply with zero chance of air bubbles.

However, I'd only really want to use it on a case with a lip... to stop a fingernail or something lifting it up from the side...
