Earpiece on Pixel 2

[Android Central Question]

Went to the Verizon Corporate store yesterday to pay my bill off on present phone.

Got to playing with the pixel 2.
Only one page of apps.
Wow , phone was clean.
Kept kicking into demo mode.

Here is my question.
I called the OL who was sitting at the table around other people talking.
She had the phone held out from her ear.
I had the volume turned up so i can hear. I'm hard of hearing.
I couldnt hear just her real plain.
I heard everybody around the table talking.
She was on her Samsung S8.
Is it me or is the Earpiece on the Pixel 2 XL real sensitive.

That actually might have more to do with the noise cancellation on the S8. The earpiece on the receiving phone will only repeat the audio the sending phone is sending, the S8 was picking up that background noise and transmitting it to the Pixel 2 as part of the conversation.
