Unable to turn off notification vibration on my Pixel 2 XL

I want to turn off the vibration for notifications like messenger, telegram, etc... but turn it on for calls (without ringing, just vibration) and SMS only.
In my settings:

Accessibility/ Vibration
Vibration: Ring On, touch Off

If I select Ring off my phone is stops vibrating in everywhere, in notifications and calls too.

In Sound menu

"Also Vibrate for calls" is turned ON, but my phone isn't vibrating when someone calls me. (My phone is set to no ring with the Volume button, but vibration is enabled)

I have tried to turn off vibration in telegram or messenger too, but it doesn't change anything.

What is the solution? I want vibration only for calls and SMS, all other apps don't vibrate

If you turn it off in settings, it's off. If you turn it on in settings, you can turn it off in the individual apps that have a vibration setting. In those apps that don't, it follows the system setting, so you may not be able to get exactly what you want.
