I use Wi-Fi calling and you can obviously see when I'vee made a call using Wi-Fi and when not.

However, what determines if a call is "HD", and what does that even mean?

Haha, yeah, I've noticed that in my dialer as well. WiFi calling and HD calling. Very fine-tuned details are listed in the dialer now.

HD Calling would be where both callers are on VoLTE -- and it might have to be on the same carrier network.
