None for Bluetooth, actually. Remember, if the phone is on one side of your body, and the earbud is in the opposite ear, the earbud is almost out of range of the phone. A foot of human body soaks up about as much energy at 2.4GHz as a meter of free space (which is the rating for things like earbuds). Keep the earbud (or the earphone with the receiver in the case of headphones) on the same side of your body as the phone.
In Developer Options, turn animations off if you want a snappier screen. (Only turn on USB debugging if you need it - and only unlock the bootloader if you know what you're doing [if you even have that switch - many phones don't].)
