Theming app?

Is the rumored theming app still coming? On my 3XL there is a banner in settings hyping it but it’s just the wallpaper app.

They didn’t mention it at the event either so I was wondering if it got scrapped. Anyone know?

I got the banner also , probably come later to older pixels

Yes, the theming app is there on the Pixel 4. I played with in store - allows you to change the icons, icons shape, font and highlight colour.
