I haven't seen the Google logo on my keyboard yet. But not too worried about it....if it shows up, it's not gonna bother me.

No G spacebar logo on my P4xl. They did remove the top left G search logo but you can still do a search from the keyboard...tap the three dots in the top bar and then drag the magnifier icon to the top.

Not on my 4 XL but havd this on Gboard on S20 ultra. Personally never noticed it and doesn't bother me.

Wondering how you have a magnifying glass in the corner bottom right...does it serve same function as the one in 3dot key assuming you have one.

I have a hard return instead

That corner right button is context aware button. Changes based on the context of the app or scenario the keyboard is in. For example I'm typing this reply now and it'll have the enter button and if you are searching say in app drawer it'll have search button etc.

I just noticed I can also move glass out of 3 dot onto the shortcut bar at top but that removes something

Yeah you can customize it however you want. Click the 3 dots and then drag any item to whatever you want to replace, but you can only have four at max.

Yeah....the context one seems more comprehensive to context features like searching for existing apps where the hidden one seems to access only internet stuff and clipboard text

Looks like they reversed the Google logo on the gboard and I can confirm I longer see that on my S20 Ultra. Pretty awesome that Google can turn on/off with just server side switch.

Looks like may be they were doing some A/B testing. Probably not going to enable it based on the reaction.

I signed up for the beta last night but then I forgot to update because I went to do something else. I updated after reading your post thinking that might bring it back but no.

Yes I'm aware of that, thanks. I was just commenting that being set to one language didn't make a difference but now you mention it that makes sense that before it might have made a difference.

Yes, it did. I have different languages set on Gboard and never got that logo on the space bar. Lost the Google logo on the prediction bar, though, and I really prefer it this way.
